Blueberry sauce

Bilberry sauce from Arctic Circle – a flavorful sauce with a distinct taste of Swedish bilberries, perfect for desserts and sweet dishes.

Made with 40 g of bilberries per 100 g, giving the sauce a delicious taste of Nordic bilberries. It is perfect for drizzling directly over ice cream, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, and other desserts.

Ingredients:
Bilberries (40 g/100 g), water (40 g/100 g), sugar (20 g/100 g), gelatin (2 g/100 g).
Gelatin contains glucose.
Gelling agent: E440.
Acidity regulator: malic acid (E296).
Preservative: sodium benzoate (E211).

Usage:
Shake before use. Pour directly from the bottle and use for desserts and sweet dishes.

Storage: Store in the refrigerator.
After opening: Once opened, the bottle should be consumed within 14 days.
