Spruce shoot sauce

A flavorful and full-bodied spruce tip sauce made with carefully selected spruce tips from northern Sweden, near the Arctic Circle.

With 33 g of spruce tips per 100 g, the sauce has a distinct and natural taste of Nordic spruce forest. An exciting sauce with a fresh and aromatic character that pairs particularly well with desserts.

Spruce tip sauce pairs perfectly with ice cream, pancakes, waffles, pastries, and other desserts and can also be used as a flavorful topping for various sweet dishes.

Ingredients:
Water (57 g/100 g), spruce tips (33 g/100 g), sugar (6 g/100 g), Melatin (5 g/100 g) (grape sugar, gelling agent E440), acidity regulator: malic acid (E296), preservative: sodium benzoate (E211).

Usage:
Shake before use. Serve directly from the bottle.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated.
