Blackcurrant jam

A rich and full-bodied blackcurrant jam made with carefully selected blackcurrants from northern Sweden, near the Arctic Circle.

With a whole 69 g of blackcurrants per 100 g, the jam has a distinct, full-bodied and naturally tart taste. The intense flavor of the blackcurrants makes the jam an excellent accompaniment to both food and desserts.

Particularly well suited to game meat, reindeer meat, meatballs and other meat dishes, but also to pancakes, waffles, porridge, yogurt, cheese and various desserts.

Ingredients:
Blackcurrants (69 g/100 g), sugar (20 g/100 g), pectin (1 g/100 g), grape sugar, gelling agent E440, acidity regulator: malic acid (E296), preservative: sodium benzoate (E211).

Usage:
Stir before use.

Storage:
Once opened, store the jar in the refrigerator – consume within 3 weeks.
