Lilac blossom syrup

A rich and aromatic syrup made with carefully selected lilacs from northern Sweden, near the Arctic Circle.

With 8 g of lilac flowers per 100 g, the syrup has a distinct and floral lilac flavor. An exciting Nordic flavor that pairs perfectly with desserts and sweet treats.

Lilac flower syrup is perfect for drizzling over ice cream, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, and other desserts, but can also be used as a flavorful ingredient in baked goods and various beverages.

Ingredients:

Water (53 g/100 g), sugar (38 g/100 g), lilac flowers (8 g/100 g), glucose, gelatin (1 g/100 g), gelling agent: pectin (E440), acidity regulator: malic acid (E296), preservative: sodium benzoate (E211).

Usage:

Serve directly from the bottle. Shake before use.

Storage:

Store in the refrigerator.
