Rowanberry jam

A rich and full-bodied lingonberry jam made with carefully selected lingonberries from northern Sweden, near the Arctic Circle.

With 25 g of lingonberries per 100 g, the jam has a distinct Nordic berry flavor with the characteristic tartness of lingonberries. An exciting jam that pairs perfectly with both savory dishes and desserts.

Lingonberry jam pairs well with game, fried and grilled meats, cheese and pâtés, but can also be used in desserts, baked goods and other dishes.

Ingredients:
Water (62 g/100 g), lingonberries (25 g/100 g), sugar (8 g/100 g), pectin (5 g/100 g) (grape pectin, gelling agent E440), acidity regulator: malic acid (E296), preservative: sodium benzoate (E211).

Usage:
Stir before use. Serve directly from the jar.

Storage:
Store the opened jar in the refrigerator – consume within 3 weeks.
